Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Using another staff member's PIN — for any reason, including tip adjustments, order entry, or any other transaction — is a violation of company policy.

Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination, and may be subject to further review depending on the nature of the misuse.

All lookups are logged and may be audited at any time.
